Welcome to Grianan, which forms part of Balliefurth Farmhouse.
Grianan is part of the farmhouse, but totally self contained, with it's own entrance and porch. Many years ago it was used as the servant's part of the house but recently has been renovated to a very high standard.
There is an entrance porch with space for coats and boots. Once through the porch the downstairs is open plan with:
A comfortable sitting area with a television, video and a music centre and an open fire, should you wish to use it.
A dining area, with table and chairs.
A kitchen area, which is fully fitted with a double oven, hob, microwave, washer dryer, a fridge freezer, dishes and all utensils.

This is a delightful residence for a break with a lovely cosy atmosphere, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. You have the option of having your evening meal in the farmhouse, joining the bed and breakfast guests. All meals are home cooked and have three courses. Special diets can be catered for, provided I am warned in advance.
